Su Soi is a Sardinian white wine, Vermentino di Sardegna Doc, obtained from Vermentino grapes in purity.

Su Soi bianco is a white wine obtained from Vermentino grapes, produced by the Murales winery, from the vineyards of Olbia to 100 meters above sea level.

Su Soi Vermentino di Sardegna Doc - Murales - Sardinian traditional wine

White wine with a rather intense straw yellow color, with aromas of ripe fruits and flowers, among which are hints of pear, apricot, citrus, acacia, hawthorn and honey. The taste is fresh and fragrant and round and noble maturity.

Pairings: it goes perfectly with seafood, oysters, crustaceans and fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
