Featrues: 

Grapes: 100% Nuragus

Vineyards and method of cultivation: Location "Acquasassa" (Serdiana) and "Is Crabilis" (Ussana); foot-board traditional sapling.

Age of the vines: 20-25 years.

Yield: 90/100 quintals / hectare.

Soil Type: Clay limestone skeleton of poor mid-hill.

Fermentation, maturation, aging: the must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after an initial cleaning and the addition of selected yeasts, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 15 °, finished fermentation, after slight clarification is left to rest for a few months in stainless steel vats and then bottled.

Tasting notes: Pale straw color with greenish hues and nail. Delicately fruity, with good intensity and persistence. Notes fresh vegetables. The taste is dry and fresh with good intensity and acidity. Average duration of taste and smell.
