Our Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Jankara is made from a selection of 100% Vermentino grapes, grown in our estate, Jankara. This wine shows entirely the passion for which it was born, presenting a great range of flavors and aromas, typical of the mountainous areas of Gallura.

Here you will find a great balance between alcohol, acidity and fruit, such as aroma of white flowers, almonds, tropical fruits, persistent and fascinating to your senses. The grapes are hand harvested at the end of September and the yields are less than 6 tonnes per hectare.

After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in tanks of stainless steel, while constantly checking and adjusting the fermentation temperature to favor the formation of more intense perfumes and complexity in the wine. After a period of 6 months of aging the wine is then bottled and kept two more months before the sale.
