Siddaju It is a Red wine Typical Geographical Indication - Colli del Limbara obtained with Nebbiolo grapes from additions of Sardinian local grapes and Sangiovese.

Classification: I.G.T. - Colli del Limbara.
Grapes - Nebbiolo 70% -  Sardinian local grapes 15% - Sangiovese 15%.
Provenance - San Leonardo, Calangianus - Sardinia.
Soil - Sandy, granite breakup.
Altitude - 350 above sea level.
Yield per hectare - 35/40 quintals / ha.
Pruning system - Guyot.
Vine growing system - Counter-espalier.
Breeding density - 4.500 p / ha.
Harvest period - 1st December October.
Vinification - 30 days fermentation maceration.
Aging - in 550 liter barrels.
Alcohol content - 14.50% Vol.
