Near Sorgono, in the geographical center of Sardinia, I work three vineyards: the first was owned by my paternal grandfather from the early 1900s and is located in the Burdaga area. The second is in Su Boscu and the third in Figu, one of the best exposures of the Mandorlisai. The three vineyards insist on soils of pink and white granite, caressed by the sea winds. The cultivated varieties are the traditional ones of the place.
