The Sardinian wine scene gains new expressive nuances through the meticulous work and intuition of Cantina Murales, an outstanding winery located in the heart of Gallura, in Olbia. This wine is born from a production philosophy strongly focused on enhancing the potential of the environment, interpreting the interaction between grape variety and terroir through an uncompromising artisanal approach. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 150 metres above sea level, with perfect southern exposure ensuring consistent sunlight. The truly distinctive element of the production lies in the nature of the soil, composed of the characteristic weathered granite of Gallura, and in the vineyards' close proximity to the coastline. These factors allow the vines to absorb the saline influence carried by the Mediterranean sea breezes.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, through a selective process that protects the integrity of the bunches and assesses their perfect aromatic maturity directly in the vineyard. In the cellar, the winemaking process respects the delicacy of the raw material through soft pressing of the grapes. The must then undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a constant controlled temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine continues to mature for six months in the same stainless steel tanks, a technical choice designed to preserve the grape variety's natural freshness and acidity without interference from ageing in wood. The process concludes with a further three months of bottle stabilisation, essential for achieving maximum harmony before distribution.

Visually, the wine displays an intense, luminous straw-yellow colour, reflecting its extractive richness. On the nose, it reveals a broad, elegant and notably complex bouquet: fruity aromas of pear and apricot are enhanced by fresh citrus notes and floral nuances. A vegetal component reminiscent of the spontaneous Mediterranean scrub emerges in the background, accompanied by a distinct mineral character. On the palate, the richness of the fruit meets a firm acid backbone, creating a rounded, fresh and distinctly savoury texture. The finish is clean and pleasantly persistent, making it ideal for oysters and seafood crudités, shellfish and sophisticated fish-based cuisine.
