Entemari - Pala - Export Sardinian food

Features: 

Vineyards and method of cultivation: Is Crabilis vineyard (Ussana) and Acquasassa (Serdiana), sapling and low back.

Age of the vines: 10 to 15 years, depending on the variety.

Resa- 45/50 quintals / hectare.

Soil Type: medium hill, clay-rich calcareous skeleton 150/180 m above sea level.

Fermentation, maturation, aging: soft pressing of the grapes after they are left to macerate with the addition of selected yeasts for a few hours, then racking the must fermentation continues after cleaning, in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.

At the end of fermentation, the wine undergoes a slight clarification and continued his maturation in steel up to February, after which it is bottled and aged for several months in the bottle before being marketed.

Tasting notes: Bright straw color, consistent, with greenish streaks, brilliant. Intense and persistent, fine and elegant with fruity notes of green apple and vegetables. Dry, with plenty of structure and thickness and length. As a nice soft, full and balanced.
