VARIETY: 100% Vermentino.

PRODUCTION AREA: Gallura.

MUNICIPALITY: Telti - Calangianus (Olbia).

AVERAGE AGE OF THE FACILITIES: 18 years.

PLANT DENSITY: 5500 vines/Ha.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 80 quintals.

YIELD PER PLANT: 1.5 kg.

PLANT SIXTH: 2.40 m. x 0.80m.

ALTITUDE: from 400m a.s.l. at 500 m a.s.l.

EXPOSURE: South-East.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Simple Guyot.

SOIL TYPE: sandy loam of granitic origin to clayey/sandy with a strong presence of quartziferous stones made up of minerals such as quartz, on a base matrix ranging from a grain

end to the glassy structure.

HARVEST PERIOD: first ten days of September.

VINIFICATION:

Manual collection in boxes.

Destemming and soft pressing at low temperature.

Clarification: cold static.

Fermentation: in stainless steel vats at 16/18 °C.
