Hillside vineyards in the countryside Tuppita Lula; Bred espalier with spurred cordon pruning, 5,400 plants / ha; Soil: Derived from granite weathering, tending to sandy. 300 meters above sea level 

Climate

Mediterranean, very windy and dry summer

Harvest

Manual, in the period between late August and mid-September

Vinification

Maceration for about ten days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature during all phases

Aging

A few months in stainless steel, than in bottle for a minimum period of six months
