Description

Zàgara - Barley - Prodotti di Sardegna

In 2007 a beer enhanced by the use of Sardinian orange honey from organic beekeeping was introduced to the range Barley. This honey gives the product a gentle push toward elegant aromas and citrus flavors. It looks orange in color, with creamy white foam, adherent and persistent. The nose orange hints, warn and spices. In the mouth you perceive the flavors of malt, orange and a nice closing of dry hops, which makes this beer very drinkable and refreshing.

Excellent as an aperitif, in the table it goes beautifully with the pumpkin ravioli or as an accompaniment to fresh foods, such as fish salads or white meat and fresh goats or sheep cheese.
