He was born in 2009, when "play" to make sparkling wine, out of curiosity, to see, hear, taste traditional Sardinian grape with bubbles. The game of the second fermentation in the bottle is so fun and rewarding that we decided to continue. Among the various positive and negative experiences, we won the dexterity of disgorgement as fatigue and difficulty are rewarded with a drink after a hibernation minimum of eighteen months, is our emotion and well-being.

Our bubble is awarded by Gambero Rosso with an Oscar Quality Price; and then with an Oscar Quality and mentioned among the 150 best national sparkling. At Vinitaly 2014, the Quartomoro receive a Diploma of Great Mention

Organoleptic test

The color is straw yellow with brilliant reflections. The sparkle is fine, rich and persistent. The nose is intense and complex, it offers notes of almond, spring flowers and white fruits, but also feelings of flint and mineral salt and balsamic notes.

The basis of the variety of Sardinian origin is felt in the mouth, with its warmth and fruit. The sparkle pleasant caresses the palate with good freshness

Matching and service

An excellent aperitif, it can accompany appetizers, pasta and seafood, white meats and vegetables. To serve at 6-8° C.
