| Provenance | White wine obtained by careful selection of Sardinian and French grapes varieties, vinified using criovinification techniques in oxidation protected environment. The collection, herein was performed during the first light of the day in order to preserve the typical grapes varietal aromas, from predominantly sandy soils of the coastal zone |

| Vinification | The grapes reach the winery in small boxes protected by dry ice and whole conveyed in the press, where conditions in an inert atmosphere under cold, are ammostate up 0.25 atm getting a great flower. The subsequent settling allows us to inseminate selected yeasts in must clear; fermentation controlled at 16 C, is then lengthened by keeping the wine aging on lees for about 40 days running continuously disturbing the bottom, then you leave in aging in stainless steel tanks for about 2 and a half months. The following blend between the 2 varieties and further refinement of 3 months in small tubs of reinforced concrete completes the maturation and stabilization. Samas is not treated with fining or intermediate filtration |
| Organoleptin characteristics | Straw yellow with greenish lively reflections, typical bouquet of tropical fruits and citrus notes with clear Mediterranean herbs (sage). The taste is smooth and balanced with moderate alcohol (12.5%) with good hints of salinity and freshness. Store at not too low temperatures (15 ° - 17 ° C.) and served at maximum 12-13 ° C. Excellent with all fish dishes, white meats, or as an aperitif |
