Description

Abbardente affinata Mamuthone - Giuseppe Sedilesu - Sardinian products

Obtained from the careful distillation of fermented  Cannonau grape pomace, after resting a few months in inert containers in order to improve the smoothness of taste, it is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Straw-colored, it is a brandy that comes with a fairly intense scent in perfect taste-smell.

It's easy to recognize hints of spices, typical of brandy aged in wood, such as coriander, cinnamon, with a hint of licorice, honey and tobacco. The palate is warm and round with hints of good wood, toast, cinnamon. Great example of a balance of primary and tertiary aromas.

Alcohol: 48% Vol.
