Dettori Bianco is a Sardinain wine made from white local grapes, grown in the area of Badde Nigolusu. Dettori implements a biodynamic, natural and provides a wine with outstanding notes.

Full wine produced and bottled originally in the production area by Tenute Dettori, Sennori (SS), Sardinia. Italy.
Manual selection of all the clusters made by me and my father on a steel table built specifically. The grapes are de-stemmed but not crushed and is left to macerate in vats of cement without any addition of sulfur.
The length of maceration depends on the characteristics of the must. It can last from two to twenty days. Maceration no longer belong to our culture. The must continue its journey in small cement tanks until bottling, usually after 2:00 to 3:00 years.
In Cellar it was not used any product of chemical synthesis in addition to sulfur. They have been added mild, enzymes and any other adjuvant vinification and aging of the wine. Unfiltered, not clarified, not barricaded. Let stand after transportation, allow oxygenate in the glass, and any residual CO2 are natural. Each bottle may be different. We do not use varieties - international wines to tame our wines.
