In the area of Bonnannaro, Meilogu, is expressed in the characteristics of the Vermentino vines, which manifests its full character fine and elegant, fruity and persistent, enriched by fresh and floral scents.

Vineyards	Planted on soils from decaying limestone and basalt seats about 500 mt / slm, medium texture / sandy, reared back, with a density of 5,500 plants / ha
Harvest time	Second half of October
Yeld per hectare	60 q per 42 hl in vinification
Vinification	Pressing of the grapes were cut and subsequent clarification of musts, then fermented at controlled temperature in steel vats. Follow various racking up the aging period
