In the summer in San Sperate you can walk among the enchanting alleys between murals and art installations, in the air you can smell the peaches picked and displayed by the peasants at the entrance of their homes as if they were part of an old Renaissance painting or a imaginary landscape where time has decided to stop flowing.

Making this beer is like trying to enclose these moments and these feelings, the summer sun of the peasant country swells with scents of fruit and flowers.

Produced between May and September, Pressius is the beer that best represents us. 

Pressius is inspired by the style of beers produced during the month of May in Germany, beers produced in low fermentation which are usually called Marzen or Keller and originate from the 17th century, after 2 months spent in steel vats the Pressius matures for another 30 days in bottle so as to present a thick and creamy foam and a round and delicate taste, but full of taste, the taste of peaches from San Sperate.
