The force of Velo de Flor soul depends on the deep desire to satisfy the curiosity that characterizes us. The temptation to measure the Vermentino grape with a late harvest I could not resist. His association with Vernaccia Flor turned out gently optimal.

The grapes, carefully selected, are dried in the plant, on the grape skins are formed of those yeasts "velo de flor" the subsequent fermentation leads to the formation of the layer of flor.
