For us one of the most beautiful and profound gestures of man is to cultivate, working with nature and let it repay us generously.

This is why we chose to work the nature with respect.
We help the earth and the plants to give their best without logorarle.
With a business area of ​​approximately 6 hectares we can personally follow all the stages of the production chain. The high density planting (approximately 6,000 plants per hectare), the low yields per hectare (50 tons) and the types of breeding, help the vineyard to produce grapes of great quality.
In pruning we select the gems leaving a low charge per plant;
in pruning we select the shoots.

We use irrigation only when absolutely necessary, do not use herbicides or fertilizers inorganic origin. We value the use of alternative techniques such as temporary cover crop with legumes and by doing so we give priority to the real needs of the plants.
The wind of our island that abounds in our vineyard makes the dry climate and helps us to minimize the pesticide treatments.
