Dedicated to the good taste of those who love quality wines. Obtained from ripe grapes. The sun, the light and the sea add intense aromas and unique flavors. The grace of this sweet wine expresses all the sensations that the Mediterranean can offer.

Oirad sweet white wine - Ferruccio Deiana - Rosso Isola dei Nuraghi IGT

Land: Poor and stony with north-east exposure
Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters, moderate rainfall and warm and breezy summers
Harvest: Second decade of September with gr / l 320/330 of sugars.
Vinification: Careful selection of overripe bunches with destemming and soft pressing, fermentation with short maceration at a controlled temperature between 15 and 18 ° C
Aging: In steel tanks for 3-4 months, 90 days in oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle
Bottling: in a nitrogen atmosphere; natural cork stopper 40x26 mm
Analytical Data: Alcohol 14-14.5% vol., Total acidity gr / l 5.2 in tartaric acid, residual sugars gr / l 125
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright golden yellow color, intense floral aromas with aromatic notes of honey and almonds, sweet taste, soft, harmonious and pleasant.
Pairings: At the end of the meal with blue cheeses and dry desserts; meditation wine
