From the collaboration with the Supporters of Cagliari the idea was born of a limited annual production in honor of Gigi Riva for having written important pages of Cagliari Calcio but also of Sardinia.

In Sardinia millions of bottles of wine are produced every year and every glass brings the taste of our land, landscape and culture. When tradition is combined with sport, inebriating aromas of history and flavors are born.
History of a magical Cagliari, that of the '69 / '70 season, and flavors of a land, Sardinia, which spoils us with its full bodied and warm wine.
Among the ranks of that magical formation there was also him, Gigi Riva, "Rhombus of Thunder" for his fans, and this is the name of the wine dedicated to him, a "cagnulari" refined and impetuous, with a "decided" flavor like Gigi Riva and as deep as its Sardinia.
A wine of excellent finesse and elegance, obtained from "cagnulari" grapes, a rare vine that is not easy to grow.
Full bodied red that develops elegant hints of berries and licorice, but also a delicate balsamic note. Deep ruby ​​color with violet reflections. Full, intense and persistent taste, with a right presence of lively but balanced tannins.

The Alba & Spanedda Winery, was founded in 1998 by the love and passion of the owners Sebastiano and Tonino.

The company, which today covers 7 ha, of which 5 already in production and the remaining ones being replanted, is located in an area to the North West of the Province of Sassari (Logudoro) called Coros, and which includes the territory of strong municipalities vine-growing vocation such as Usini, Ossi, Tissi, Uri and Ittiri.
