The originality of the territory of Mandrolisai is expressed here with the characteristics that its vineyards take, especially Bovale, very old grape variety known locally as Muristellu. Bovale, vinified alone, Bagadiu (Sardinian bachelor), shows its firm but not hard character, tangy and enriched with notes of red fruits and Mediterranean.
