Margallo '(reads Malgaglio') is, in the Alghero language, of Catalan origin, the dwarf palm, a spontaneous plant in the area where the vineyard is located.

Margallò - Ledà - Sardinian wine

Margallo 'goes very well with savory dishes in general and specifically with red meats, game and medium-good aged cheeses. It is advisable to uncork the bottle an hour before pouring to enjoy the full bouquet.
