Zone of production Vines over 30 years old, bred sapling sites in the hills around Usini 
Style of production Destemming followed by 12-15 days of maceration, after racking the aging in French oak barrels for 6 months
Grapes Cagnulari 90%, with 10% local grapes including Bovale and Pascale
Color Intense ruby ​​red 
Bouquet Rich and concentrated, spirit red fruit, with intense Mediterranean aromas
Taste In the mouth it is full, warm, gritty and powerful, with great character. The tannin of wood and wine blend perfectly. Long and pleasant final
Matching and service It is enhanced with red meats, game and strong and aged cheeses such as Fiore Sardo Pdo, Ovinforth, pecorino of Sa Marchesa. Serve at 18-20° C
Aging if properly stored it can mature for more than five or six years
