Selection of craftsmade Sardinian cheese products in Siamanna by Manca brothers of Su Pranu, in the uncontaminated soil of Pranixeddu. A rural area traditionally suited to sheep-farming, during the fifties, whole families of herdsmen moved inland to practice the farming - leading the phenomenon of transhumance to an end.
We selected a basket of typical Sardinian cheeses to be offered for tasting, divided into quarters, from about 1 kg each.
The cheese of Manca brothers is an excellent example of typical dairy product and craftsmanship, made according to ancient rigors of the Sardinian tradition.
