Mamuthone is the symbol of the company, and it fully expresses the typical characteristics of Mamoiada Cannonau: clear fragrances of spices and ripe fruit, dense and fresh mouth with fine and  sweet tannins, with a depth out of the ordinary. It goes well with game dishes and generally red meats and mature cheeses.
