Cannonau di Sardegna Doc, Sardinian red wine made by Surrau in Arzachena, the hearth of Gallura

Sincaru - Vigne Surrau - Sardinian special wines

Features:

Sincaru as sincere, frank, is made from grapes grown in soils Cannonau granite weathering that give a great balance of power and minerality. During maceration in stainless steel tanks, are made continuous pumping over and punching for the extraction of polyphenolic substances.

Before bottling, rest for a few months in cement tanks. This wine is ruby red with light garnet hues, it has an intense aroma of red fruits, with hints of Mediterranean. In the mouth it is soft, warm and full. It goes well with red meats and mature cheeses.
