Feaures:

From a selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the best vineyards in the valley of Surrau, comes a wine from the property important and intense aromatic. After a brief contact with the skins with the must, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where it will evolve for a few months in contact with the lees (lees stirring).
