The characteristics of Sardinian wines:

Grapes - Carignano 100%
Color - Intense ruby ​​red
Perfume - Red fruit sentiment with spicy notes.
Flavor - Sapid and Mineral Wine. Good intensity and length in the mouth.
Alcohol content - 15 °
Gourmet accompaniments - Excellent with grilled meat, lamb and bacon with sardine, grilled red tuna.
Vinification and bottling - 4000 bottles in classic 750 ml bottles.
Aging - Must be consumed preferably within 2 years.
Grape harvest - Between 19 and 20 September, selecting the best Carignano grapes, grapes are made strictly by hand and the grapes are placed in the transport boxes where they are milled and diraspate on the same day of harvest.
For the grapes processing and winemaking the collaboration with the GIBA cellar and the enologist Andrés Garcia Blas has been selected.
The grapes are worked in the cellar on the same harvest day. After weighing the grapes are grinded and dirasped. The must is then transferred to the controlled temperature wine vinegar where it will ferment for two weeks by macerating with the skins. Malolactic occurs immediately after the end of the alcoholic fermentation, after which the new wine is poured and let it rest until the day of bottling which takes place between the end of spring and early summer.
