Obviously the beer of the moment, the most iconic beer of Sardinia. The Ichnusa Non Filtrata is born from the passion of Mastri birrai di Assemini, a full-bodied beer because it is made with pure barley malt.

Its characteristics: Not being filtered, it has a pleasantly veiled appearance thanks to the remaining suspended yeasts. Offers a soft drink with a slight bitter note in the finish. Its image, inspired by the past, is iconic and distinctive and perfectly respects the personality and character of a truly unique beer.
