Ingredients: alcoholic tincture of fresh red myrtle berries, water, sugar.

Production Method: Infusion of a high amount of Sardinian wild red myrtle berries, fresh, for several months in alcohol beet molasses. Subsequent filtration and addition of one syrup composed of sugar and water. 

Organoleptic characteristics:

Color: Ruby red-violet, thick and impenetrable.

Odour: Ethereal, balsamic, with obvious hints of Mediterranean brush, the essential oil and fresh fruit in the plant.

Taste: Sweet, enveloping, warm, velvety, with considerable the result of persistence, amalgamated by a delicately notes bitter and slightly tannic aftertaste.
