Features of the Passiu productsion of Rice:

Superfine carnaroli rice, belonging to the family of "Superfine", is the most used in Italy and is considered by many chefs and cooking enthusiasts the "King of rices." Our rice, obtained only from seed of Carnaroli variety, was created by cross between the varieties Vialone and Lencino, and it shows a medium size and elongated grain. Its main features are the firmness when cooked, the ability to mantain perfectly flavors and toppings, and finally the high percentage of starch making it ideal for creaming.
