Features of this special Carasau bread:

Su Pillu is a carasau flatbread a bit more thick, produced with authentic durum wheat Cappelli grown in Sardinia, natural yeast have remained more in time and baking and roasting made of wood-burning ovens. The producers have chosen to aromatize using essential oils with some Mediterranean flavors including myrtle that can offer an enhanced delicacy and goodness of this bread, perfect in accompanying appetizers and snacks.

According to Sardinian tradition the roasted pig is definitely the King of main dishes. The roast is always accompanied by fragrant sprigs of myrtle and toasted bread dipped with the roast moods.
