Features: 

Sos Molinos is a craft pasta factory that was created to reproduce the flavors of the ancient past.

Sos Molinos uses for its productions only fresh and raw materials, mainly of the territory, with no preservatives, colorants and GMO.

Asparagus belong to the family of the lilies and lily of the valley. The herbaceous plant consists of small leaves and yellow flowers. Sardinian asparagus are very fine vegetables with dark green pigments.

Asparagus is a vegetable important for our health: it is rich in vitamin A, B and C, folic acid (useful for pregnant women) and in calcium and iron.
It has strong diuretic properties but, given its wealth in oxalic acid, is not recommended for all people who suffer from kidney stones or gout.
