In classic red, maceration of the marc 8-10 days

Nice ruby, purple hues when young, tending to garnet with aging

Large, persistent, vinous bouquet typical of Cannonau, references to berries

Dry, quite intense, well-balanced acids and tannins, good taste-olfactory persistence

Red meats, game, mature PDO Sardinian pecorino cheese, Fiore sardo Pdo, artichoke in olive oil or Casizolu cheese

Constant temperature 16° C. humidity 75% in absence of light and with horizontal bottle
