Description

Duenna - Barley - Prodotti di Sardegna

Very attractive appareance with a nice orange color and a sumptuous foam, creamy, adherent and persistent.

Olfaction captures its strong point represented by an extraordinary bouquet, varied and characterized with citrus fresh notes, exotic fruit, herbaceous, peppery and spicy with the addition of a reminiscent balsamic touch of the Mediterranean shrubs.

The palate keeps its promises with the fruity taste that contrasts well the impressive, decidedly bitter but dry aftertaste, with great finesse and balance. Eclectic beer, to be shared with friends but capable of making a good impression at the table. Thanks to its qualities of freshness, I would see well with spicy dishes and moderately spicy Indian and Thai cuisine, but also the Sardinian seafood, prepared with sauces made with lemon and saffron.
