The company of Orgosolo has immediately oriented its efforts to the conservation of the varietal heritage of the centenarian vineyards, therefore, the vegetative material of the new plants is the same as the oldest vineyards.

it is cultivated in Orgosolo in a measure of about 270 hectares, at altitudes ranging between 300 and 700 m, within a recognized territorial area as a Classic Zone of production.

Its cultivation takes place among the members of the winery using traditional methods with low environmental impact and low yields per hectare (35/40 quintals), the grapes are vinified mainly in purity or sometimes in a blend with other native red grapes (Muristellu).
