Features of Sardinian famous wines:

Miradas is the result of a specific reasoning carried out by tasting the grapes in the vineyard during the harvest. Finding it extraordinary, I decided to  vinify this Vermentino. After a short maceration on the skins and a very gentle pressing, it rests for a few weeks on the yeast. He has a long fermentation at a controlled temperature and decants naturally until May, before being bottled. Aromatic exaltation of the fruit, full pulp, soft and round, it reaches its full expression in the year after its harvest.

Miradas is a Vermentino di Gallura DOCG produced by Cantina Murales, in Gallura. Miradas is a Vermentino with notes of ripe tropical fruit, according to us is to try with a tuna carpaccio, a slice of smoked swordfish and a few slices of bottarga of Cabras - it is advisable not to leave out a few drops of orange marmalade and ginger, for garnish.
