The Gare de Roubaix is an amber beer, the crème-colored foam fine and persistent. The nose gives off intense notes of malt, chestnut honey, caramel and toasted.

In the mouth emerge malt and caramel, balanced by a bitter herbaceous it gives balance and elegance. Long finish, fine and persistent. It is a fine accompaniment to mature and blue cheeses, roasts and stews.
