Grappa di Malvasia - Zarelli - Sardinian wine

Obtained by steam distillation of untreated grape marc Malvasia of Bosa. After pressing, the pomace is lightly pressed, fermented at a controlled temperature and distilled with a small steam copper.

In this way you get a grappa that keeps unchanged the olfactory quality of the grape from which it originates.
