Alghero Torbato Spumante Doc, made by the genial oenologist of Sella & Mosca
The grapes are carefully selected among those that stand out for their strong acidity, so as to give the must the best characteristics for sparkling wine. A unique combination, enhanced by the cuvée close method, able to best preserve the aromas, giving the wine its brilliance and fragrance.
Color - Straw yellow
Perfume - Perfumes range with joyful vivacity between acacia flowers and pink grapefruit, noble yeasts and bread crust.
Taste - An iodized trail reverberates in a tasty, fresh and balsamic palate, creamy as dry and vertical as it enters.
