Grappa di vernaccia - Cantina della Vernaccia - Sardinian food

Pomace brandy distilled from selected Vernaccia grapes with small steam boilers, produced by Cantina della Vernaccia di Oristano. Light in color with straw reflections, tasting it perceives all its taste, soft, warm and not overly alcoholic.

Grappa di vernaccia - Cantina della Vernaccia - Sardinian wine

Similar to Sherry, the Vernaccia di Oristano shows a golden yellow color with definite amber highlights, perfume and high intensity reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and toasted hazelnuts. Dry, savory, ausgtera and with a strong alcohol content, is a great wine if served chilled as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes from the taste-olfactory particularly accentuated tones.
