Description

Spa - La Volpe e il Luppolo - Prodotti di Sardegna

Free interpretation of the concept of Pale Ale. The copper-colored cargo suggests that the beer has different notes.

The pale malt caresses the palate and covers it with caramel. It is balanced, however, by the bitter and the scent of English hops which, with their peppery notes, add an intriguing complexity.

Alcohol: 5.5% Vol.

The company's philosophy:

Our beers are produced according to the method of high fermentation, which means that the fermentation takes place at a temperature that ranges from 15 to 25 ° C and fermented in the bottle or keg.

For our beers we use the highest quality ingredients such as water from the springs of monte Grighine which, together with the careful selection of malts, hops and yeasts of millet, is the characteristic of our products, giving them a lasting impression.
