Organoleptic characteristics of the Balente:

Compact ruby color, intriguing on the nose with notes reminiscent of jam fruit, sweet notes of spices and Mediterranean herbs. At tasting it stands out for its great power. The remarkable alcohol is well supported by the structure and well integrated tannins. Persistent finish, with perceptions that refer to fruit and spices.
