Filine, vermentino - Cantina Dorgali - Best Sardinian wine

Color - Paglierino with greenish reflections, brilliant.
Nose - Wide, persistent and fragrant, with delicate hints of almond blossom and light notes of toasted fruit.
Taste - Warm and soft, with a balanced presence of acidity which gives it greater preservability.
Matching - Aperitif, raw seafood and pasta dishes also from the seasonings a bit 'tasty, grilled white meat and fresh cheeses.
