After a year of aging in French oak barrels, Ultana was born, an impenetrable red color wine. Rich in taste, warm and soft, extraordinarily long with tannins of rare elegance. Fine, balanced spread harmony between sight smell and taste.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small baskets of up to 15 kg each. Followed by de-stemming and crushing, then the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation until the complete fusion of the polyphenols contained in the skins on the must
