Erema is the young red wine from Siddura. Its vibrancy characteristics on the palate and fragrant scents make it ready in the early months of the year following the harvest. A blend of red grapes that stands out for its pleasant to drink, and for easy combinations.

Harvest: Manual, in small chests of drawers, between the end of September and early October. The grapes are transported in refrigerated vehicles for preserve the aromas and protect them from any fermentations
