On the nose can be perceived intense fruity notes of blackberries and cherries with slight nuances of herbes. Tasting affects its freshness and being moderately alcoholic, then its savouriness and astringency due to the high presence of tannins and antocyanins which also define a persistent and intense taste with a little spicy accentuated.
