Citra is a beer born from the collaboration with Andrea Caboni, the historic owner of the excellent restaurant "Ada". the long friendship and the passion that unites us has given life to a beer that promotes the typical flavors of our Sardinia.
Delicate and very fragrant, Citra represents the spirit of our productions: high quality raw materials, links with the territory and innovative ideas. The aromas of distant continents conferred by American and Japanese hops meet pompia, a rare local citrus fruit and a Slow Food presidium; the delicacy of a bit of asphodel honey from our beehives balances the recipe.
Ingredients: barley malt, organic asphodel honey, pompia, hop flowers, yeast. Sediment naturally, contains gluten.
At the sight: Citra has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the foam is ivory, fine and full-bodied.
On the palate: A bitter and harmonious sensation. We wanted to look for a strong and intense character: the scent reveals hints of lemon, orange, mandarin and grapefruit with balsamic and resinous notes of citrus and orange blossom leaves.
Serving suggestions: Citra is by nature a refreshing beer; aperitif session type, ideal for pairings with shellfish, seafood and sushi.
Temperature: never serve ice-cold: 8 ° is the ideal serving temperature.
