Vinification

Aging

Aging the wine in stainless steel tanks or concrete tanks, together with its lees, with periodic battonage. A few months in the bottle. Stored in an appropriate environment, mature well in the bottle for several years

Straw yellow, load, bright

Nose

Gentle but continuous, with pleasant hints of fruit. Intense and persistent, fruity and floral

Taste

Soft, full compliance with good taste and smell. Savory and persistent

Matching

It prefers the seafood, but not disclaims white meat dressed with light sauces and stews of vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif
