Antiogu is a Mandrolisai Doc Superiore, then an assembly of the noble grapes Cannonau, Monica and Bovale Sardo.

Bovale 50%, Cannonau 30% e Monica 20%

Vines

Planted on soils from granite weathering placed at about 500 m / above sea level, medium-textured / sandy bred to tree with a planting density of 6,000 vines per hectare

Harvest

From the second half of October

Production

60 q per 42 hectoliters of wine to be refined

Vinification

Maceration of the grapes, de-stemmed and crushed, lasted for 15 days in steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by various racking up during the aging period

Aging

12 months in steel tanks and 12 months in oak barrels of 700 liters and 500 liters, followed by at least 6 months in bottle

Matching

A wine of character, of particular strength and structure to accompany roasts and important meats

Ruby red garnet

Spacious with hints of wild berries combined with hints of spice and weeds

Taste

Warm on the palate, tasty and balanced
